Relax and Chill Retreat
​
This retreat is for you and four friends to spend 3 nights in our 4 star self catering holiday cottage and learn a little bit more about how to chill out! Your host, Hester, facilitates training across the UK in educational establishments to help people understand what can cause stress and ways to help relieve it. She is an education consultant and MHFA First Aid trainer. During your stay Hester will run workshops and lead mindfulness sessions to help you find new ways to combat this fast pace way of life many of us are living.

Relax and Chill Itinerary
​
Arrive Friday evening, relax and settle in, breathe in the Scottish air. Take part in a Guided Meditation to help you unwind after your journey.
 
Saturday morning take part in a workshop explaining how our bodies react to stress and find out what we can do to help slow down our hectic lives. Saturday afternoon choose from a relaxing complementary treatment such as Reiki, Indian Head Massage or Reflexology. Or come outside and try some horse therapy with our cheeky GG Saffy.
 
Sunday morning have a lie in or take a walk down to the river and waterfall. Sunday afternoon take part in a Guided Visualisation and Mindfulness Activity leaving you relaxed and refreshed for your journey home.

Price per person £125 based on 5 staying on 3 night self catering basis.
