Cancellation Policy

As we are a small business, we cannot offer cancellation insurance. However, we have devised a sliding scale of refunds which we feel benefits both parties. 20% of the full price is a non-refundable deposit, refunds will only be made on the remainder of the holiday cost, as follows:

 

Holiday cancellation in excess of

 

5 weeks prior to date of arrival – 90% refund

4 weeks prior to date of arrival –70% refund

3 weeks prior to date of arrival – 50% refund

2 weeks prior to date of arrival – 30% refund

1 weeks or less prior to date of arrival – 10% refund

 

NB – We are not in the business of trying to make money out of your misfortune, therefore we will do our utmost to re- let the cottage, and should we manage to do this then we will refund as much as possible of the holiday cost as the new let allows. The table above represents a worse-case scenario. We will return the cost of the holiday if COVID government guidance prevents travel.
